The City of Livingston has been selected to participate in the Alabama Communities of Excellence program. In order for the City to graduate and be designated an ACE Community, it must follow key components of the program. One of the key components is to develop a strategic plan for the City. The second City of Livingston Strategic Planning Meeting will be held Thursday, February 23th at 5:30 pm at the Livingston Civic Center.
